Nominated as a “KCTV5 Cool School,” Northwest is hosting a special 5 a.m. Pep Assembly Friday morning.
As part of its Cool School coverage, KCTV5 plans to broadcast live at one high school every Friday morning throughout the 2009-2010 school year.
According to its site, the program features, “high schools that have a number of different ‘cool’ non-athletic achievements. It’s not just one thing that makes a school ‘cool,’ it’s many.”
